Coming into this, I felt a bit clueless on what to expect, but with his help, instead of feeling intimidated, I felt confident as he walked us through each step.
Once we finally found our home, Miguel was determined to make it ours. He was so attentive to our needs and provided us updates every day; he was there to answer all our questions at any time. And let’s talk about how fast the escrow process was!! I was actually stunned to know how fast he was able to close this house for us. He truly had my best interest in mind and took the time to understand what I was looking for and what mattered most to me. He was also very proactive about staying on top of deadlines and keeping everything moving forward, which made the home-buying process feel much smoother and a lot less stressful.
One thing that really stood out was that he continued to support me even after closing. He helped connect me with a great roofer, painter, and plumber for the repairs and updates I wanted to make, and that honestly saved me soooo much time and stress.

Miguel gave us the complete opposite experience. He showed us homes we were INTERESTED in, not just homes up for sale. He walked us through every step of the process. Answered any and every question we possibly had. He made sure we were updated as soon as he was updated. He made this process so much fun. The home we bought was a suggestion of HIS, not even a home we found on our own.
